Hard at Work

For certain bodily functions, Geovanee makes a funny face since he needs to concentrate . Everytime he does "his business" we laugh so hard ! We've been trying to catch this moment on tape for months for the camera would distract him and make him loose his concentration. Can you guess what Geo is working so hard to do?
