Areli is now two weeks old. She is back up to her birth weight and a little more (6 lbs., 12 oz.). So far her temperament is sweet. She is pretty content being swaddled and held. We don't sense quite the hyperness of the Ramos boys in her yet. Breastfeeding is going very well and so far she's turned out to be our best nurser! Her sleep is nothing to brag about. She'll sleep two to three hours straight at the most and then stays awake for one to two hours after that. The boys are back to daycare and Ben is back working after taking two weeks off. Vanessa rests during the day while the boys are away. So far, we are still adjusting to the new member of the family but things are going well despite the lack of sleep.
